Country selection, operating model, banking feasibility, tax highlights and an implementation roadmap with names and dates. The one project we refuse to sell as a template — because your market entry is not a standard scenario, even if your registration is.
Market entry work earns its fee when the decision is genuinely open and genuinely expensive to get wrong:
Your business would work in two or three of the four countries. Which one wins depends on tax, banking, labour and logistics — weighted for your model, not in the abstract.
Production, back office or a regional hub moving into the Balkans from elsewhere. The question is not “can we” but “in what order, at what cost, with which licences”.
Before a board or investor signs off on the region, someone must put numbers, dates and names on the plan. That document is this project.
The typical project runs three to five weeks from brief to roadmap, depending on how regulated your activity is.
You describe the business, the constraints and the ambition. We ask the questions that change the answer — ownership, flows, people, licences — and fix the scope in writing.
We test the model against each candidate country: taxes on your actual flows, banking appetite for your actual profile, licensing for your actual activity. No recycled country memos.
One document: the country answer, the operating model, the cost base, the risks — and a roadmap with owners and dates. Presented live, defended under your questions.
If you proceed, the roadmap feeds straight into the €4,000 registration fix and the services the plan calls for. The file is already built — nothing is re-explained.
The project, week by week
A typical four-to-five-week engagement from first call to execution handover.
Typical sequence; regulated activities extend the research stage, never the price after acceptance.
Two case notes from the practice this service is built on — international owners, regional facts, and the method doing its job.
A Nordic e-commerce group assumed Croatia — EU, euro, familiar. The brief asked us to confirm the assumption for a 60-person fulfilment and support operation.
The model weighted what actually moves money at that headcount: payroll and contributions, facility costs, payment rails, VAT mechanics. The numbers kept electing North Macedonia for operations — with a lean Croatian front company holding the EU-facing contracts.
The split structure delivered a double-digit reduction in fully-loaded operating cost against the single-country plan — and the client still got the EU signature on every customer contract.
A Gulf family office wanted Adriatic hospitality exposure and asked the honest question: established Croatia or ascending Albania?
The study priced both: Croatian yields against Albanian growth, permitting cultures, title risk, operator availability. The roadmap said both, sequenced — a Croatian anchor asset first, an Albanian land position built through fixed-price site checks in parallel.
Both entries executed on the roadmap's dates. Two Albanian parcels failed their site checks and were walked away from — the reports cost less than either mistake.
Case notes are composites: drawn from real regional practice, with details merged and anonymised. They illustrate the method — no two engagements, and no two outcomes, are identical.
After the brief you receive a written scope: deliverable, timeline, price. The price does not move after you accept it — if the project turns out harder than we scoped, that is our lesson, not your invoice.
Credit against the fix. If the roadmap ends in a registration, the project fee is partially credited against the €4,000 fix — the research should pay for part of the door it opens.
Each service reuses the documents, translations and KYC already in your file — the second engagement is always faster than the first.
The fixed-price entry point: €4,000, all-in, four countries.

Send a short brief about the business and the decision you are facing. We answer with a written scope and a price — and then with a country name, not a proposal deck.
