Contacts · Start a brief

No discovery call. Just write.

Send a short brief — one page is plenty. We answer within one business day with a position and a written price: a fix, a scope, or an honest "this is not our work". There is no calendar link on this site, because there is nothing to schedule before there is something to say.

The brief

Five things to include.

  1. Who you areName, company, where you are based. A link is fine — a deck is not required.
  2. What the business doesTwo or three sentences: what you sell, to whom, roughly at what scale.
  3. Which countries are in playBosnia, Albania, Croatia, North Macedonia — one, several, or "you tell us".
  4. What you need firstA company, a market answer, a target checked, a structure — or the thing you cannot name yet.
  5. The deadline, honestly"This quarter" and "someday" get different answers. Both are respectable.

Confidential by default; an NDA before details is fine — ask and we send ours. If the answer to your brief is a country name and the €4,000 fix, that is the whole reply you will get: no proposal deck, no follow-up sequence.

After you send it

What happens next.

The same sequence for every brief, whatever the size. You always know which step you are on, because there are only three.

01

We read it — properly

A person who works on the region reads the brief, checks it against the four countries and the six services, and drafts the answer. Nothing is routed to a sales layer, because there isn't one.

02

You get a position and a price

Within one business day: what we think, what we would do, and what it costs — a fixed price where the work is standard, a written scope where it is not. If it is not our work, we say so and, where we can, name who does it.

03

You decide, the clock starts

Accept the scope or pay the fix — the work starts the same day, on the checklist we publish. The quote does not move after acceptance, and silence from your side costs nothing: a brief is not a commitment.

Or skip the brief

Already know the country? Skip the letter.

If all you need is the company, the brief is optional bureaucracy. Pick the country on the main page and pay the fix — €4,000, all-in, and the scenario starts the same day.
