Services · BCA Adria Desk

Six services. One desk across the Balkans.

From the first registration to acquisitions, real estate and the tax structure above it all — one desk, four countries, six services that are built to attach to each other. Your file is told once and reused everywhere.

The cluster

Everything a business needs to land — and stay.

Registration is the front door — a fixed €4,000 in every country. The other five services exist for what happens after the door: operating, buying, building and structuring at a scale where the region's opportunities are largest and its paperwork is deepest.

01Fixed · €4,000

Company formation

The entry point. Registration, state fees, notary, translations and a real registered address for 12 months — one fixed price, one individual owner, in Bosnia, Albania, Croatia or North Macedonia. The banking file is prepared and presented as a complimentary extra.

Registration · fees · address 12 mo · banking file at no charge

02Monthly retainer

Corporate legal counsel

The company is registered — now it operates. Contracts, corporate housekeeping, employment, work and residence permits for key people, regulatory correspondence and dispute management, handled by a named lawyer on retainer, not a ticket queue.

Contracts · corporate · employment · permits · regulators

03Scoped per project

Market entry

Country selection, operating model, banking feasibility, tax highlights and an implementation roadmap with names and dates. The one project we refuse to sell as a template — because your market entry is not a standard scenario, even if your registration is.

04Scoped per deal

M&A and due diligence

Buying your way in instead of building. Target screening, legal and financial due diligence, deal structuring, SPA negotiation and closing support — for companies acquiring local operators, assets or licences across the four countries.

05Scoped per project

Real estate and development

Coastline hospitality, logistics parks, energy sites. Title and zoning verification, acquisition structuring, permitting and construction contracts — the projects where a clean paper trail decides whether the ground gets broken at all.

Title · zoning · acquisition · permits · construction

06Scoped · then retainer

Tax and holding structuring

Where the profit sits and how it moves. Holding architecture across the four countries and the EU, double-tax treaties, profit repatriation and ongoing accounting and compliance oversight — designed before the first invoice, not after the first audit.

Holding design · treaties · repatriation · accounting oversight

Fixed prices cover the standard scenario described on each service page. Scoped work is quoted once, in writing, with a named deliverable and a deadline — the quote does not move after you accept it. Payment is processed by Stripe; the invoice is issued by Voixa Consultors S.L.

Why a cluster

Six services that share one file.

Most clients enter through the €4,000 fix and add services as the business grows: counsel when operations start, structuring when profit appears, M&A or real estate when the region starts to look like an opportunity rather than an address. Because one desk holds the whole file, you never re-explain your business to a new adviser — and no service ever begins with a discovery call you already had.

How it connects

The registration feeds the banking file. The banking file feeds the structure. The structure feeds every deal after it. Each service reuses the documents, translations and KYC from the last one — which is why the second engagement is always faster than the first, and the fifth barely needs a kickoff.

Start here

Start with one service. Keep the same desk.

If the company is the first step, pay the fix and the scenario starts the same day. For anything else on this page, send a short brief — we answer with a scope and a price in writing, not a proposal deck.
